Our objective is simple: to make it easier for international buyers to discover property in Mallorca and to connect them with experienced professionals who can assist with the purchase process in Spain.
Our approach
Palma de Mallorca Property is a boutique presentation of residential projects in Palma de Mallorca and the surrounding areas of Mallorca. Rather than acting as a portal, we maintain a deliberately short selection and present each project with the detail a serious buyer needs.
British buyers tend to ask a consistent set of questions: how the area works in winter, what the running costs are, how the purchase process differs from the UK and what the realistic timescales look like. We aim to answer those clearly, in plain English, and to be explicit when something falls outside what we can properly advise on.
Every enquiry is read and answered individually. There is no automated funnel, no pressure to move quickly and no obligation at any point.

We would rather present four projects properly than four hundred superficially. Anything shown here has been reviewed on location, design and long-term appeal.

Where a price, completion date or specification has not been confirmed by the project, we leave it out. We do not estimate, round up or imply.
