Palma Old Town
The historic centre of Palma: sandstone streets, courtyard houses and a working city rather than a resort.
A small harbour east of the centre with a seafront promenade and a continuous cycle route into Palma.

Portixol grew around a fishing harbour and still keeps that scale. The promenade runs east towards Es Molinar and Ciudad Jardín and west into the city, which makes the neighbourhood unusually easy to move around on foot or by bicycle.
Our current Mallorca developments are listed together on one page, with the developer’s own information for each one. Tell us what you are looking for in Portixol and we will let you know when something suitable becomes available.
